Beginners
If you desire low impact, balance training, flexibility, and heart health this class is designed for you. Through the use of resistance band training and body weight exercise you will see improvement in your daily tasks as you build muscle, restore movement, and gain flexibility.

Advanced/Spartan SGX Training
If you have a passion for adventure and are ready to push yourself harder, this class is for you.
